1. Discussion was concentrated on the following issues: where each of the two positions will be located, what will be the responsibilities of the appointed postdocs, and what should be their professional background. It was decided to establish one position in Lund, overseeing the "southwest" area (Lund, Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen), and another in Uppsala, for the "northeast" region (Uppsala, Stockholm, Helsinki). The originally proposed share of responsibilities was tentatively confirmed.
